and account handling. We can provide you the courtesy of expediting fee information, insurance involvement and
personal financial responsibility. Our new system will enable us to provide you a fee estimate and account statement
at the time of service. For those patients who prefer to finance their care over a long period of time, we have enlisted
CareCredit, our new flexible, monthly payment plan. CareCredit offers you a wider variety of payment arrangements.
Aesthetic Dentistry of Summit is mainly a fee for service dental practice, which means we do not participate in any
managed care programs except Delta Dental Premiere.
We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. As a courtesy, we will assist you by submitting all
your insurance claims to assure maximum benefits. We submit claims electronically to speed processing and minimize
delays. If you have questions about your dental insurance, we will be happy to help you.
